Senior apartment living at Estes Park Good Samaritan Village offers community and togetherness. It is about seniors living independently but in the company of others sharing this important stage in life. A senior apartment resident is active and independent, requiring only limited supportive services. Additional services are available from our Care Companions Service for an additional fee.

The senior apartment complex...which is the heart of activities at Estes Park Good Samaritan Village...features modern one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom deluxe apartments, each with private bath, full kitchen and laundry.

A spacious commons and dining area is complemented by meeting and fellowship rooms, library, hair salon, country store and a recreation area with lap pool, spa and exercise room.

An expansive network of exterior walkways connects the apartment complex to all parts of the Village campus.

Apartments are available through either an entry free purchase plan or month-to-month lease and include the following for amenities and services:

• Maintenance of grounds, building and all furnished appliances
• Delicious noon meal every day
